1. Who We Are

The Party Nanny is a premium event childcare coordination service based in Gauteng, South Africa. We design, coordinate and supervise professional childcare at weddings, corporate events and milestone celebrations. Our website is located at thepartynanny.co.za.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for the purpose of sharing information about our services and facilitating booking enquiries. You may access and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish or redistribute any content from this website

• Sell, rent or sub-license any material found on this website

• Use this website in any way that could cause damage, disruption or misrepresentation of The Party Nanny brand

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its supporting systems

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, brand identity, logos, graphics and service descriptions is the intellectual property of The Party Nanny unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

No content may be reproduced, duplicated, adapted or distributed without prior written permission from The Party Nanny. Unauthorised use of our brand, name or visual identity is a breach of these terms and may be subject to legal action.

4. Booking & Service Terms

These terms govern all service bookings made through our website, by WhatsApp, email, or verbal agreement.

Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: Full deposit retained; no further charge

• 14–29 days before event: 50% of total booking fee due

• Less than 14 days before event: 100% of total booking fee due

Scope of Service
The Party Nanny provides event childcare coordination and supervision only. We are not a nanny placement agency, a daily childcare provider, or a children's party planning company. All services are delivered as described in the agreed booking confirmation.

Any changes to booking scope, timing, or number of children must be communicated no fewer than 5 business days before the event and may be subject to revised pricing.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

The Party Nanny holds public liability insurance. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in our care during booked events.

However, to the maximum extent permitted under South African law:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue-related hazards, force majeure events, or actions of third parties

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, activity completion or child behaviour management beyond reasonable professional care

• We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party services, links or content referenced on this website

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, as required under South African common law.

6. Child Safety & Privacy (POPIA)

The Party Nanny takes the privacy and safety of all children in our care with the highest seriousness. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

• All personal information collected (including child profiles, allergies, routines and parent contact details) is used exclusively for service delivery

• We do not sell, share or disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law

• Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months post-event and securely deleted thereafter

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time

7. Cookies
